Golden Ticket Offerings

I'm hoping to get a piece into the Clifton Cultural Art Center's annual Golden Ticket show opening this Fall.  Submissions due very very soon!  Here are 2 of the 4 I'm working on.  They are both about leaving my church after 30+ years.  They were both a joy to create...very therapeutic and and calming.

College Hill Spring Fling

I'll be at the College Hill Spring Fling on Saturday May 11.13 from 10-4.

Location; behind Schwartz Jewelers, Bacalls Cafe and College Hill Coffee Co. , Silk Road Textiles and Marty's Hops and Vines.  Plenty of local artists (good stuff!) , drinks and eats available.  Come out and say hi and buy something to say Happy Mothers Day to your mama (the following day!)

On being Judged

Here is a piece I am submitting tomorrow morning for the "pre-judging" of the Hyde Park Art Show.
A great, popular outdoor show coming up in October. Lots of competition but worth a try.   Twas a fun piece to make....pages of an old bible, math tables, rice paper and yes, I put a bird on it.  I love birds.  I love this bird.  More to come.
